Why Wholey Green Wellness? Well I do often say I have turned into my grandmothers- which is said with a wink, but it’s actually not far fetched. The food and meal times were always about nurturing and nourishing which is key to happiness and feeling well. This idea often gets pushed aside by the pace of modern life. I learned how to ferment, can, cook, bake and cultivate food.  I use the wisdom that my grandmothers and mother imparted to me that food and plants are medicine. There is a lot of knowledge that is inherited and cultivated in the kitchen, garden, and home. I believe that being involved with local farmers or growing some of your own food really helps to create a sense of connectivity and positivity within a community/home. I feel that when we start to nourish and nurture ourself we can grow and change and also can be a helper to others.

My clients have chosen me because I have an integrated background in Western Medicine, Ayurvedic Medicine(ancient wisdom), am a fully trained and nationally recognized certified health and wellness coach,  certified yoga teacher and personal trainer.   I am also practicing Physician Assistant for 15 years. I am a life long athlete who knows what it feels like to be well and all that brings into my life. I have learned to integrate and support the mind, body and spirit to help people reach the best life that they can have. I have experienced my own transformation and want to help you with yours. I can help you on an individual basis, in a small group or as part of your business team’s. I think there is space for neuroscience to build new pathways to change, stress reduction, streamline life,  and reconnect to that feeling of being at grandma’s house, where nourishing and nurturing was a staple.
